My wife and I had a rough start to our honeymoon here due to restrictions on surfing, which was a major letdown for us as professional surfers. The location is tranquil and beautiful, perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle, but it fell short on dining options and overall management responsiveness. While the staff members we interacted with were friendly, the poor policy regarding surfing and the manager's indifference really soured our experience. We will think twice before returning.

Rooms
7.0
We had reserved a suite, but due to our dissatisfaction, we only stayed for one night. The room was spacious, but nothing extraordinary.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff were really friendly, especially at check-in and in the restaurant, but the manager was unhelpful and did not offer an apology.
Location
8.0
The resort is secluded and offers a lovely view, but it's also quite isolated, making it challenging to explore the area without a car.
Dining
5.0
Dining was limited to a buffet for breakfast and dinner, which felt quite restrictive and uninspiring for an upscale resort.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities include a nice atmosphere for relaxation, but there are no options for eating outside the hotel restaurant, which can be a downside.

We spent a few nights at the resort and enjoyed the tranquility away from city life. The view was breathtaking, and we appreciated the spacious rooms. However, the dining options were limited and the lack of Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient. If you're looking for a family-friendly getaway, this place has its charms, but some aspects could definitely use improvement.

The resort is hidden away from the bustle and offers beautiful views of nature, though it's quite distant from Naha, making a rental car essential.
Dining

While the breakfast and dinner buffet were presented well, the options felt repetitive and the quality varied.

The resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities for kids, making it great for a relaxing getaway. The private beach is a nice touch, although it’s important to note that Wi-Fi isn’t available, which is quite inconvenient. While we enjoyed the food and amenities, the location can feel remote, so having a rental car is highly recommended.

Rooms

Our room was spacious with three twin beds and a nice view from the balcony, but it had limited sockets which was a bit inconvenient.

The service was generally good with friendly staff, but the management was less accommodating, especially regarding surfing access.
Location
5.0
The resort is tucked away from the city, providing tranquility, but it's quite far from Naha and other attractions, so it's necessary to rent a car.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were decent with a buffet for breakfast and dinner, though the food tended to lean heavily on mango-flavored desserts.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was well-maintained and had a fun vibe with small slides for kids, but the game room needed more activities than just coloring books and ping-pong.

AJ Resort offers a mix of tranquility and fun activities, especially for families with young children. The highlight is definitely the beautiful view and the petting zoo that my little one adored. However, the lack of Wi-Fi was quite inconvenient for us, and the dining experience left a bit to be desired, particularly with the food warming issues.

Rooms

Our room was nice, featuring three twin beds and a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the ocean. However, the small elevator and the humidity level in the building could be improved.

The resort's location is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of city life, offering a sense of tranquility. However, it's quite a distance from Naha, so having a rental car is essential.
Dining

My family and I enjoyed our stay at AJ Resort, where the location offered a beautiful view and a sense of tranquility away from city life. The facilities are great for kids but the dining experience could definitely use some improvement. The rooms were nice, but the lack of Wi-Fi and the separation of jacuzzi areas by gender were disappointing.
